1. A few more well-placed ledges and hooks in the room would help with putting clothing and toiletries in a proper place.

7. Door men sat in a room off the lobby and never made it out in time to help with luggage or open the doors, what good is that? Maid service let us know they were out of clean towels whens he cleaned our room but never brought any back.
