1. All in all, we would come back to Hotel Cass/HIX because of location, staff, and cleanliness.

6. And for my final complaint, can't somebody tell the Chicago PD that they don't HAVE to run their sirens at 4:00AM???Other than those things, the hotel staff is excellent, cleanliness is acceptable, The location is perfect.
