1. The service was not atypical of most Holiday Inn Express hotels, but the staff was unusally accommodating.

2. Aziz in particular stands out in my mind, but everyone was great - from accommodating an early check in, hailing cabs, holding our bags after check out, opening the door, giving directions - and everyone with a positive attitude and a smile on their face.

3. The staff were generally very accommodating- there was only a minor problem in the beginning, with the only other problem being that we seemed to constantly have to get our room cards re-made and were locked out multiple times.

9. When I got to my room the carpet was wet in one spot (possibly a roof leak?), and the staff could not have been more accommodating in getting me into another room ASAP.
