In favor of this hotel are the downtown location (steps away from N Michigan Ave), courteous staff, friendly policies (free room cancellation up to one day before arrival as well as the possibility to add up to three more guests to your room free of charge) and price ($100 per night including taxes, compared to an average of $170 for surrounding hotels).
