3. I visit Chicago several times each year (for the past 20 years) and stay at the Palmer House where I have always received exceptional service.

4. For starters, it's in an exceptional area downtown - walking distance to so much and right across the street from a Trader Joe's.

7. Teeny-tiny room (we pretended that it was eurpoe), ok bathroon, nice TV, amazing location, comfy bed, nice front desk staff, sketchy carpet, decent breakfast - what more do you need (except the carpet issue)? And, for a Travelzoo rate of $59/night, an AMAZING bargain.
