5. For the Hyatt hotels that I stayed so far (except Hyatt Regency Shatin and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong) - the work desk is fixed and face towards the wall - which I usually feel not comfortable with.

7. the plug-in was hanging out of the wall and did not work the second day we stayed here, also the shower seemed to be clean with the exception of a nice long dark hair hanging out and the dirty spots on the inside shower curtain.

9. My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency was almost perfect,except for the very late room service which didn't even show up on the third day.

10. The Hyatt charges just short of $15 a day for Internet access - no excuse for that in this day and age except it shows Hyatt's willingness to gouge people.
