8. I don't know whether this Hyatt Regency goes the extra mile every time I go there because I am NOT a convention attendee and they are in some sort of withdrawal of 'normal' business guests, but every time I go there they are very personal in service and take extra care of me.

10. We did feel that Ashley, Jennifer and Jason were sincere in wanting to make our experience better (although falling short since things were not taken care of without us making additional calls).
