1. I guess that I could stay here again on my next visit to Chicago but can't help thinking that there must be something better.
"Great Location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/23/2012 Vote
2. After the first night, the maid service cleaned the mirror and did a better job cleaning the room, but there was a lovely 10' hair in my wash cloth.
"Huge Hotel, Friendly Service, Hairy Room " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/13/2012 Vote
3. Usually they have good food and a nice front desk staff, but on my recent visit it was even better.
"Amazing Hotel but even more Amazing Staff ! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/7/2012 Vote
4. )- Elevators can be woefully inadequate and cause 5-10 minute wait times, though in fairness I was here during a huge conference- Layout is a bit confusing and the maps provided aren't the most helpful- No room amenities, at least not in my room, which I paid over $250/night for after taxes (especially compared to the Comfort Inn & Suites around the corner, which had much better rooms for much lower prices)- No pool or spa, though there are some expensive spas in the Illinois Center mall area- Rooms are small and cramped for just two peopleMy parents had to stay around the corner and told me what price they paid and the amenities they had in-room.
"Some great aspects, some very mediocre " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/30/2012 Vote
5. My husband travels and uses his Hyatt business travel points quite often and also expected better from your 4-star hotel.

"OK.... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/5/2012 Vote
8. We had rented an enormous hall (1000+ people), including the room, so either all the rooms are like this, or it happens to be a bad room, but they didn't bother considering the fact that a few $10k's have been spent by them, and deserves a bit better treatment.
"I'd expect better, especially considering the price of the suite... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2012 Vote
9. Be careful of the e-upgrades offered since the rooms you may be upgraded to are not much better than the rooms you may be assigned via the regular reservation.
"Great location in Chicago " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/4/2012 Vote
10. Do your best to search for better prices as booking directly can sometimes be pricy.
"Very nice hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/28/2012 Vote
