1. Negatives:No coffee maker in the room, the bathroom is wicked small and doesn't have a fan, our view was awful, and the positioning of the TV was odd (to the right of the bed in the corner), horrible cell reception (with AT&T).

3. Chatting with Mr Ernest Fizer , Executive Floor Attendant on the 23rd floor at the Breakfast Concierge Lounge was so much fun every morning- What a positive attitude and real joy.
