1. The rooms are small but stylish (the low beds are very European - not my favorite but not a huge drawback), the bathrooms are small but to be expected from an older hotel.

5. The lunch we had was really good, although the dessert portions, 3 huge donuts each, were a bit much :)I'm not too familiar with this part of Chicago, but we were able to walk to restaurants, even though when you're driving up to the hotel, it appears that it's at the edge of a neighborhood.
