1. The location is the only possible drawback - for tourists it just isn't as convenient as a Michigan Avenue hotel, although it is right by an El stop and is by no means out of the way.

9. We know that the Pump Room is not a typical hotel restaurant as patronized by non-hotel guests as well; however, as a hotel, you will have guests arriving who do not know the area and do not know where to go to eat and for convenience sake just want to eat downstairs.
