5. My entree had just arrived when the host came over to say they were going to seat 9 ppl but they would be happy to seat me at my own table.

6. They offer a happy Hour from 5:00 -7:00 so the bar was packed but when I spoke to the host he was able to offer me a seat immediately at the communal chefs table (it seats 12-14 and there were 5 guys seating at the opposite end but it was still comfortable).

7. happy to see a more cosmopolitan crowd and less dancing twenty-somethings in the lobby and hallways upstairs.

8. Overall, this hotel needs to train their staff on professionalism and to be more knowledgeable of the hotel, the 'happy Hour' that does not exist needs to be removed from the menu, the heating system in the rooms needs improvement and the bar should be re-stocked of all necessary items before they run out.

9. I also noticed in the menu that there was a happy Hour from 5pm-7pm, but I checked in on a Saturday and wanted to make sure that this applied to the weekend.

10. My colleague and I stayed at the Public Chicago recently for a business trip, but we would have been just as happy staying their for a leisure visit as well.
