1. We appreciated the early check-in, free wi-fi, hassle free use of the business centre to print boarding passes and easy and quick check out for a 4:00 AM departure.

2. There is free wifi throughout the hotel, but there are a couple of macs in the lobby as well, if you have not brought your own laptop or other device.

3. I think a nice amenity of the hotel is the free wi-fi, it is very common to be charged for wi-fi at other downtown Chicago hotels.

4. On the wknds, they offer free breakfast for kids(housemade-yogurt-fruit smoothies, cereal, fruit and housemade hot donuts) and free Kid Movies in the sofa lounge on Sat and Sun--what a nice surprise for us and them.

10. The business center also offers free printing; I cannot stress how important this is, and I think it is shameful how other hotels try to nickel and dime customers by charging extortionate rates for what in the 21st century should be basic services.
