5. If you are looking for somewhere to stay so you can enjoy/party in Chicago's nightlife and don't care about luxury or noisy neighbors you would be fine to stay here.

6. The staff took care of it and was very apologetic about it, but I don't think a hotel that is trying to position itself as 'high quality that is affordable' should have this problem.
