1. Tim a Concier managed to source some Bulls tickets for a playoff game right at the last minute and at a fairly reasonable price for which I was truly grateful.

2. So for all my other misgivings, and noting that we stayed in a 'better' Fairmont prior to this one, the bed alone at the Millennium Park, one of the principle reasons we all need a hotel in the first place, made the Chicago Fairmont a hotel I would definitely return to.
