3. Seriously, if you are going to shell out this kind of money for a nice hotel, there are PLENTY in Chicago and you will be treated so much better than at the Fairmont.

4. So for all my other misgivings, and noting that we stayed in a 'better' Fairmont prior to this one, the bed alone at the Millennium Park, one of the principle reasons we all need a hotel in the first place, made the Chicago Fairmont a hotel I would definitely return to.
