3. Now, during my next stay in Chicago, I will FOR SURE, stay again in this hotel, like I said before, we had a few issues during our last stay their, but the manager took care of us, and they did a really good job.

5. Filled out form for management at the end of my stay and didn't hear back from them, guess they don't care about your stay after you have paid.

6. Overall, I don't stay at Fairmonts much, so I wouldn't choose it over the other brands that I typically stay at, but if you do like Fairmonts (or don't care about points), then you'll enjoy your stay.

7. The only thing they agreed to compensate us for was a free breakfast (which they offer online anyway) We did not take the free breakfast because we didn't get up early enough and I could have cared less about the breakfast.

9. Chicago Fairmont you really need to get rid of the gold floors because you guys obviously don't really care so much about the people staying with you.

10. All my needs were taken care of, and I had a very comfortable 4-day stay, even if the hotel was fully booked and there were people everywhere.
