3. Stayed at the fairmont on april 2012, super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, room with great view to the lake at walking distance from millennium park, even we walk to the aquarium very nice location.

6. A couple of minor things came up- batteries needed replacing, our room key kept becoming demagnetized- the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and apologetic about these little annoyances.
