1. The room itself was quite comfortable with a spacious bathroom (separate bath and shower), good quality towels, bathrobes, and other amenities.

Location- couldn't be in closer proximity to all of Chicago's main attractions, walkable to: Magnificent mile, The Loop, Chicago Bean, Art institute, and an abundance of restaurants and bars (I'd recommend Sweetwater's for a good bar that serves quality American Fayre literally around the corner).

6. If a Hampton Inn can comp internet, why can't an upscale place like the Fairmont? Staff were good, but I definitely can feel the difference between a large hotel such as this and the smaller one where I stayed.
