1. It took me a couple of days to stumble across the Nespresso machine hidden in a cupboard, but I was impressed when I found it.

2. My husband felt that it was small- he called to ask if there was an upgrade available and we were told we would have to pay $100 more per night- we're Fairmont President's Club members and we were of the impression that if an upgrade is available, we are to be upgraded upon request.
