1. Being 3 block from the park was a perfect location, not to mention great restaurants close by, deli across the road and it being a fab location to just walk around the suburb.

8. It's situated perfectly for a stroll through Central Park into the main parts of the city, not ideal if you don't really like walking although the subway is nearby and cabs are readily available outside the hotel.
