1. The room itself was a bit dark however, maybe management could lot at putting stronger bulbs in the light sockets? other than that no complaints at all, staff were all very friendlylocation is good in UWS, some nice restaurants and one or 2 bars in the area.

3. I had a side room looking onto a brick wall, but there was still plenty of light, and I guess good to be away from traffic noise.

There is not parking lot or garage for this hotel, there is a hertz and a public parking garage on the street, but its very expensive on new years day we took a chance and parked on the street, and thank goodness the car wasn't towed because it was a holiday, but we were nervous, just couldn't pay so much for parking $25-75 per night.

10. It is a good size balcony and sectioned off well so if others are up there you still have a bit of privacy.
