1. At the end of a long day, I like a more than functional shower -- On the Ave's showers are great -- little things like that take the stress out of a stay.

10. It's situated perfectly for a stroll through Central Park into the main parts of the city, not ideal if you don't really like walking although the subway is nearby and cabs are readily available outside the hotel.
