1. Then, I show up, my girlfriend comes up to the desk to meet me, and Ramona sees how happy we are when we see each other, and immediately says ' Let's see if we can get you the penthouse.

There's also a rooftop patio, enjoy the viewThe hotel is close to- 77th and 79th subway stations- local shops (Laila Rowe is awesome for accessory shopping if your a woman)- a nice diner on Broadway for breakfasts in the morning, very cheep- if you walk down broadway to 79th and turn right, there is an AWESOME irish pub there and they have happy hour for drinks, made our way there a few times- Coppolas Restraurant was by far the best meal I had in NYC.

7. I could spend an entire stay within walking distance of this hotel and be extremely happy, roaming the beautiful streets lined with brownstones, cafes, great stores, markets, etc.

10. From the time I arrived at the front desk to check in until the time I wolked out the door to depart, every staff member I encountered was friendly, genuinely seemed happy to be there, and helpful.
