1. This is not a first class hotel, but it's proper and the room perfectly clean, My wife appreciated the bath room that seems to be new and trust me before she is happy that needs to be crystal clear.

4. The location of the hotel was perfect on 10th and 49th, a 5 min walk to times square and not far to central park, we also walked to the lower east side, soho and greenwich, so everything is accessable walking, if you dont mind a bit of excersize.

5. Didn't utilize the new bar area because of breakfast prices turned us off so much, but the location is perfect for nightlife and dining within walking distance.

8. Old fashoined hotel, clean but very old, perfectly situated for all the sights of New York, from our room we could see the Empire State , and easily walked to see all we wanted .

9. rooms are clean bathroom was small, beds fine, air con old but works, overall hotel is perfectly okay for short city break at reasonable cost,location is quite good no distance to walk to 8th -7th ave for great local breakfasts.
