1. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels,we had reason to use concierge a few times and found them very helpful and knowledgable, across he road from hotel are a couple of 24 hour delis which was good if you ran out of anything or was wanting a quick snack.

6. The location of the hotel was perfect - 3 blocks down from Times Square, surrounded by little restaurants, bars, 24 hour deli opposite that served everything from cups of tea to lovely fresh fruit salads, open 24 hours a day.
