6. I stayed here at the start of a Contiki trip and they didn't care about the group bookings, had rooms mixed up and weren't willing to try and sort things out.

8. There is a bellboy to take care of your luggage for 1 dollar per luggage and a staff member that can help you with planning your vacation and buying tickets, tours etc.
