5. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh linen and towels,we had reason to use concierge a few times and found them very helpful and knowledgable, across he road from hotel are a couple of 24 hour delis which was good if you ran out of anything or was wanting a quick snack.

6. Well placed only 10 mins walk yo times square good base no frills tv 2 doubles iron and board fridge and safe but no kettle Hotel is fine for what you need for 4 days.
