The hotel is simply a disaster:* Rooms are very small ('spectacular' is a funny name not corresponding to reality), dark and smells bad* There are often strange spots on the sofa* One of two elevators is constantly broken, people were even captured in the elevator for some 15 minutes (once during my stay)* If I ask for help with the luggage usually no-one is available* Thursday/Friday evening there are broken beer bottles in the (one remaining) elevator, no-one bothers to clean it up* There is mix of leisure and business travelers - expect to meet drunk people shouting on the corridor 2 a.
