1. I would not recommend st giles, there is a lack of attention in their faults, nobody of the staff felt responsible for that, and they started to ignore the costumer who want to solve the problem in a correct way.

3. Called the front desk manager about this and her response was "Welcome to New York" Will never stay at this hotel again.
