2. Nice beautiful fresh flowers were an accent to reception desk upon arrival on Friday, by Sunday they'd overstayed their welcome, and looked how we felt after doing a whirlwind tour of NYC in 48 hours.

3. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and everyday fresh apples in the lobby along with something surprising to drink ( fruit-spiked water, cider, hot tea) in the evenings.
