2. The few problems we came across were dealt with quickly and professionally - for instance, wifi went down but this was fixed when we mentioned it, and we needed a kettle which couldn't be provided, so a coffee maker was brought up instead.

Sure there are many properties in NYC, but the rooms are large and clean, the staff is friendly and really have a great sense of humour - and always professional, and let's face it Lexington and 39th is out of the way but still keeps its finger on the pulse of the city - nothing is far - and yet you are guaranteed a peaceful night's rest to tackle the next day.
