1. I am happy to recommend this excellent hotel to family and friends and for me, it is a benchmark for what the service industry can achieve in customer service if it puts its mind to it.

3. Long narrow room, no desk, low furniture, no room safe (later learned rooms have safes - front desk was puzzled when I asked why no safe) - bathroom DARK with one sink - no make up mirror (wife not happy about that), excellent water pressure in the shower.
