1. Location to happening lower east side/Williamsburg bridge couldn't be better for either shopping, eating or late night bar scene.

6. This is a distinctly average hotel and is good if you are quite young and like the kind of grungy scene that the lower east side provides or if you do not have the busget to afford a better hotel.

10. Cookies on turndown are a nice touch, and also not having to request the turndown service, it is automatic is even better.
