1. One of my downfalls - when we got to our room on the 12th floor which was very spacious, big tempur bed was heavenly, large bathroom with a fabulous shower, a little lounge area and a decent sized closet - it had a DOWTOWN VIEW.

2. Good location - ridiculously near the Delancey/Essex subway station, and a decent walk to several restaurants at Lower East Side and the shops at Soho.

3. Spacious room - for the regular king room, there was a king size bed, a spacious 'living area' with 2 sofas, coffee table and the bathroom was of a decent size too.
