1. Chatty, pleasant staff, very solicitious.

7. a little farther than Times Square than I would have liked but still a great location close to Bloomingdale's and high end shopping (Coach, Burberry, Kenneth Cole) overall a very pleasant stay - but who really stays in their rooms while in NYC anyway.
