1. There is no WIFI available unless you pay through the TV or AT+T ,so you need to go to the local Starbucks ,this is ridiculous in a Manhattan Hotel in the majority of hotels it is standard and free.

7. Overall I feel that the little extras that would make this hotel excellent are missing, the free bottled water upon arrival etc.
