7. rare that I need a hotel room in NYC due to friends who livve there, but this was a special weekend and I was bringing my dear friend's daughter who just passed away, into the City for a 'mother/daughter' weekend for some shopping, and just happy times after a tough few months.

10. The concierge was very helpful and the staff were friendly, standard rooms beautiful with lovley bedding and canopys over the bed, cosy and warm and very clean, stunning little vibey coffee shop right next door and Grand central right around the corner .
