4. my 2nd time in NYC - but 1st time at Fitz Manhattan - lovely and roomy hotel - don't know where traveller had roach probs because our room was very clean? They let us check in a wee bit early and held our bags for us @ check out - Door guys were awesome - Phil we came to give you a tip but you had changed shift - so your shift replacement got it sorry.
