Love the bar and the touch of Irish throughout the hotel including the wonderful Irish bartender who really knew who to take
care
of all the lonely business travellers coming in for a nightcap before bed.

If the hotel wants to use QB - its supplier - as the go-between and take
care
of refunds on its behalf, then the hotel should not be charging customers directly instead having QB charge and send payment to the hotel.

My only good thing to say was Housekeeping staff was pleasant and the housekeeping Manager he was great and he took
care
of our needs without question and as busy as he was I am suprised.
