6. It would have been nice to have been told this, particularly given we paid a lot of money for the 'better' suite and I mean a lot.

7. We chose this particular hotel due to its close proximity to Central Park (we were seeing a show there) and because it was a small (90 + rooms) boutique hotel that gave us a better sense of intimacy than some of the corporate hotels did.
"Great boutique hotel near Central Park " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/3/2011 Vote
8. To be fair the staff were very helpful, its just the hotel itself, if you do not mind this then go ahead and book but for nearly 4000$ i would have expected better .

9. For example, two weeks before, I stayed in Manhattan in a two-room suite in a hotel with a better location (in my opinion) for $50 less per night.
"Nice Boutique Hotel with Small Rooms; Can do Better for Price " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/8/2010 Vote
10. The only reason I would not stay there are 1) the location isn't quite as convenient as some other hotels and 2) for the price, you can get a nicer hotel with more amenities and in a better location.
