7. The accommodation in general had probably seen better days, the air con unit was VERY noisy; had to switch off despite the high temp & humidity that weekend.

10. When we were in a spot of trouble having lost our wallet these three staff members could not have been more helpful locating emergency telephone numbers to allow us to cancel credit cards and generally assisting in any way they could.
