1. Reception was very helpful and friendly, especially when we needed to move room at the end of our stay (we went from 3 guests to 2 and we had booked a smaller room for the 2 of us on the last night).

6. Your staff were more like friends, always there to help, I couldnt sleep because of the time difference, they were always there to have a chat, If we were out for the day, they helped us with directions and if required tickets as well and on return always ask with interest how we got on.
