1. Good service and you get a free tour of NYC as you go and pick up people up from various hotels.

2. There are a couple of Starbuck nearby including one in the Barnes and Noble book shop with all have free wi fi if you want to stay on onlineWe had a free upgrade to a junior suite which has 2 large beds and a wetroom bathroom plus a mini kitched with a frdge and microwave.

7. The hotel doens't have any free wifi and if you wanted to purchase WiFi it was based on a 12 hour basis.

8. Yes you had to pay for wifi which we did twice but later found out that the Manhattan Diner provides free wifi so no need to go to Starbucks.
