6. The rooms were spacious for New York standards, although nothing spectacular - I wasn't really wowed and the rooms could use a refresh, but there were flat screen tv, mini bar and coffee service in the room.

8. The restaurant looks like it was fabulous with spectacular views of Times Square from its high vantage point but both times we attempted to go to the restaurant we were met with a hostess who told us it would be better if we had our food in the lobby bar since we only wanted a light meal.

10. The restaurant has a spectacular view, the lounge is energetic and comfortable, the rooms and the entire hotel were sleek and stylish, and even though the staff was bombarded with guests, everyone had a smile on their face and was happy to help with whatever we needed.
