3. Tammi on reception was so welcoming and helpful, the R lounge was where we sat most evenings - chilling out after a busy day and enjoying the cocktails, lovely food and admiring the fantastic view over Times Square.

4. The bar on the 2nd floor with it's fantastic view of Times Square was our perfect spot to relax with a drink and a snack after a long day sightseeing and people watch on the Square below.
