6. We only ate/drank once in the hotel in the fabulous two times sq lounge- service was fab abnd friendly- embarrasingly we forget our hosts name- think it might have been Anne (one of the twins working there)- she was just great, helpful but not intrusive.

8. The staff were were very friendly and helpful, we had breakfast at the Evergreen Diner just opposite the hotel the concierge recommended it great pancakes.

9. Tammi on reception was so welcoming and helpful, the R lounge was where we sat most evenings - chilling out after a busy day and enjoying the cocktails, lovely food and admiring the fantastic view over Times Square.
