3. The room in the hotel was really great, 2 large double beds and a lovely bathroom which had Aveda products in which we were really happy about.

5. We were only here for 2 nights on a quick Christmas shopping trip, but I would have been happy to stay longer.

6. The concierge was very helpful and happy to answer any queries, which is handy because I felt there was a lack of information about the hotel services in the room, for instance, I noticed there was internet access in the lounge area, but unsure if it was free or how you used the service.
