4. The bed was so comfy and large, with nice fresh linens, the housekeeping do a very good job to keep the place clean as it was spotless.

6. Rooms were spotless, continental breakfast was included (bagels, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit), the business centre didn't charge for internet access or printing of boarding passes, the location was fantastic especially for seeing theatre, and the staff were helpful and courteous.

9. excellent location, the staff is impeccable, I strongly recommend, when you return to NY I will be in the same hotel, so need to repair the elevator and it does not have air conditioning and e very slow, with regard to the rooms and bathrooms are good and very clean and spotless.
