7. our first visit to NY , visiting our daughter who has been there for 5 months, grat location, very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, staff were very friendly and efficient, had a room at the back on 4th floor, quiet , as mentioned buy others lift can be slow.

9. we also enjoyed free continental breakfast - again the staff in the breakfast room are very efficient, very nice and helpfull, the place is clean, food is great - good choice (yogurts, juices, tea & coffee, waffles, bagles, pastries, donuts, fresh fruit etc.
